In a blender, combine milk, bananas, oats, OPTIONAL: peanut butter, honey and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Peel and store ripe (or even overripe) bananas in resealable plastic bags in the freezer to make this breakfast anytime. Parental supervision is required to make this recipe!
