Cheese Wax Candles

What You'll Need

• 12 cheese waxes
• Double boiler or heat-safe bowl and pot
• Candle wick
• Mold (silicone or small container – an olive oil lid lined with aluminum foil will work for a small candle and require one cheese wax)

Steps

1. Cut wax into small chunks.
2. Melt using a double boiler over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.
3. Place the wick in the centre of your mold, securing it upright.
4. Pour the melted wax carefully into the mold.
5. Let cool and harden for several hours (minimum 4 hours, or until fully set).
6. Remove from mold.
