Preheat the oven to 350F.
Remove the dough from the can and separate into equal triangles.
Place one slice of ham (folded in half) and 3 tbsp of the Ontario cheddar cheese on each triangle.
Roll the crescent up making sure the tip of the pastry is placed down on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
