Slice each cherry tomato into quarters.
Stack a slice of cherry tomato and a leaf of basil onto a mozzarella ball then wrap it with a slice of turkey. Skewer the bite with a toothpick to hold it all together. Repeat for the rest of the mozzarella balls.
Arrange on a platter and serve.
