This traditional savoury spread is great for an afternoon snack.
Using electric mixer, beat cream cheese, butter, cornichons, onion, mustard, paprika and garlic until well blended.
Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with chives (if using) just before serving.
Serve with crackers or rye bread.
This cheese spread also makes a great dip for veggies as well. Parental supervision is required to make this recipe!
