Your children will thank you when you bring these buttery and flaky strawberry pinwheels to the table.
Preheat the oven to 400˚F and prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Flatten phyllo pastry and spread strawberry jam across. Roll into a log and cut 2” round swirls.
Place swirls on the baking sheet and brush with melted Ontario butter. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl make the frosting by combining all the ingredients and set aside.
Once ready, remove from the tray and let cool for 5-10 minutes. Once cool, drizzle with cream cheese frosting and serve while warm.
