Step 1

Cut each turkey slice into 3 separate slices.

Step 2

Pat dry the small Ontario-fresh mozzarella balls.

Step 3

Slice each cherry tomato into quarters.

Step 4

Stack a slice of cherry tomato and a leaf of basil onto a mozzarella ball then wrap it with a slice of turkey. Skewer the bite with a toothpick to hold it all together. Repeat for the rest of the mozzarella balls.

Step 5

Arrange on a platter and serve.
